Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Graevents ("Graevents," "we," "us"), currently offered as a beta product to users in the Philippines. By creating an account or using Graevents, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Your use of Graevents is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including its section on cookies and similar technologies.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Creating and personalizing invitations

Graevents lets you create, personalize, and preview digital invitations (choosing a theme, customizing colors, fonts, section styles, presentation, and content) at no cost. You can choose a one-time package or subscription plan either in advance from Billing, or when you're ready to publish. Either way, the package attaches automatically to a compatible event.

4. Content you upload

You retain ownership of any photos, text, and other content you upload to your invitation. By uploading content, you grant Graevents a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf (for example, rendering your published invitation to your guests). You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. RSVP, QR check-in, and guest data

When guests RSVP or check in via QR code at your event, Graevents collects the information they submit (such as name, RSVP status, and number of guests) and makes it available to you as the event host. You are responsible for how you use guest data you collect through Graevents, and for complying with applicable privacy laws when you do.

6. Event expiration and data retention

After your event date passes, your published invitation moves through a few automatic stages. First it's marked completed. Then, once a post-event access period has elapsed, it's marked expired: the public link is disabled and editing is locked. Once a further invitation expiration period elapses, the event is archived. These windows are configurable and may differ by organization or event; the current defaults are shown in your account settings.

Archiving disables public access and editing, but it does not delete your data: your invitation content and guest RSVP/check-in data remain stored in our systems. If you want your data deleted, you can request closure of your organization from Settings → Privacy & Data, which submits a request to close and eventually delete your organization's data. Records we're required to retain by law, such as billing records, are kept regardless.

7. Packages, plans, add-ons, and promo codes

One-time packages, subscription plans, and add-ons are described, with current pricing, on our Pricing page. An add-on tops up a single limit: either for one specific event (for example, extra guest capacity) or for your whole organization (for example, an extra team member seat), depending on the add-on. Promo codes are subject to the eligibility, window, and redemption limits configured for that code, and are applied at checkout inside your account. A code shown as valid during browsing is re-verified before any purchase is completed. Promo codes do not currently apply to add-on purchases.

9. Prohibited content and use

You may not use Graevents to create or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

10. Beta limitations

Graevents is currently in beta, available to users in the Philippines. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves, and we'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance. The service is provided "as is" during this beta period.

11. Vendor directory

Graevents may feature a directory of third-party event vendors (photographers, caterers, and similar service providers) for your convenience. These listings are informational only. Graevents does not vet, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any vendor's services, pricing, or conduct. Any inquiry, booking, or payment you make with a listed vendor is a matter strictly between you and that vendor; Graevents is not a party to that arrangement and has no visibility into it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graevents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Graevents' total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active account holders.
