Online Invitations

Online invitations in the Philippines

Make an online invitation, an e-invite or a website invitation for your event. Guests open one link on their phones, see everything about your day, and reply with an RSVP that goes straight into your guest list.

How to make an online invitation

  1. Pick a theme for your event

Browse themes for weddings, birthdays, debuts, baptisms, baby showers, reunions, corporate events and more. Preview any of them free.

  2. Make it yours

Add your names, date, venue map, program, photos and wording, and change the colors and fonts. Starter wording is filled in for your event type, so you are never staring at a blank page.

  3. Publish and get your link

Choose a one-time package and publish. You get a link and a QR code to share.

  4. Share it with your guests

Send the link in Messenger, Viber or any chat, post it, or print the QR invitation card for paper invitations. Guests need no app.

  5. Track replies and run your event

Watch the RSVPs arrive, plan seating, check guests in with QR codes and collect everyone's photos in a digital photobook.

Online invitation, e-invite and website invitation: what's the difference?

People use these words for the same idea: an invitation guests receive on their phone instead of on paper.

  • An online invitation, or e-invite, is any invitation sent digitally. It can be a picture you send in a chat.
  • A website invitation is an invitation that lives on its own web page. Guests open a link, and the page can hold much more than one picture: your story, the program, the venue map, the dress code and an RSVP form.
  • Graevents makes website invitations. A guest opens your link or scans your QR code, and everything is in one place that updates when your plans change.

What a website invitation can do that a picture can't

  • Collect RSVPs, and show you every reply in a live guest list instead of in your chat messages.
  • Keep the guest list private, so only the people you added can RSVP.
  • Show the venue on a map, the program for the day, the people taking part and the dress code, and update them after you publish.
  • Add seating, so guests find their own table, and QR check-in, so your team checks guests in at the door.
  • Let guests share their photos in a digital photobook, with a live slideshow at the venue.
  • Become a printed card too: download a QR invitation card for paper invitations.

For every kind of event

  • Weddings, engagements and anniversaries.
  • Birthdays, including kids' parties and first birthdays, and debuts.
  • Baptisms, baby showers and gender reveals.
  • Reunions, corporate events, conferences, seminars and community celebrations.
  • Sports and fitness events, game nights, holiday parties and pageants.

Price and payment

  • Creating and previewing your invitation is free, and you do not need a credit card.
  • You choose a one-time package only when you are ready to publish. It is not a subscription.
  • During the beta, payments are made manually, by bank transfer, GCash, Maya and similar, and a screenshot or receipt helps us verify faster.
  • Graevents is available to hosts in the Philippines (beta). Support is by email and Messenger.

Common questions

What is an online invitation?
An online invitation, also called an e-invite or digital invitation, is an invitation guests receive on their phone or computer instead of on paper. With Graevents it is a web page that holds your event details and an RSVP.
What is a website invitation?
A website invitation is an invitation that lives on its own web page. Guests open a link or scan a QR code, and the page can show your story, program, venue map, dress code and an RSVP form, all in one place.
Is an e-invite the same as an online invitation?
Yes. E-invite, online invitation and digital invitation are different names for the same thing: an invitation sent digitally.
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. Guests open your link or scan your QR code in their phone's browser and reply there.
Can I also send a printed invitation?
Yes. After you publish, download a printable 5 by 7 inch QR invitation card in your theme's colors. Guests scan its code to open your invitation and RSVP.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Creating and previewing an invitation is free, with no credit card. You choose a one-time package only when you are ready to publish.
How do guests RSVP?
They open your invitation and reply on the page. Every reply goes into your live guest list, and you can keep the list private so only the guests you added can RSVP.
Can guests share their photos?
Yes, with the digital photobook on selected packages. Guests share photos by QR code, you approve them, and a live slideshow can play at your venue.
