Baptism Invitations

Online baptism invitation with RSVP

Share your baby's baptism as one page your family and friends open on their phones: the church, the godparents, the program for the day and an RSVP that tells you exactly who is coming.

How to make your online baptism invitation

  1. Choose a baptism theme

Browse the baptism and christening themes and preview any of them free, then add your own photos, wording, colors and fonts.

  2. Add your baby's name and the church

Enter your baby's name, the date and time, and the church and the place of the celebration afterwards.

  3. List the godparents and your program

Add the parents, the officiating minister, the godparents and the grandparents, and a short program for the day.

  4. Publish and share

Choose a one-time package, publish, and send the link to your family and friends, or download the printable QR invitation card.

  5. Manage your guests

See every RSVP in one live guest list, plan the tables and check guests in at the venue.

What goes on a baptism invitation page

  • Your baby's name and a welcome line, such as welcoming your little one into the faith.
  • The church, the date and time, and the venue for the celebration, each with a map.
  • The people who matter: Parents, the Officiating Minister, the Godparents (Ninongs and Ninangs) and the Grandparents.
  • A short program, a message to your guests and a gift note.
  • A photo gallery of your baby, and a dress code if you have one.

RSVPs and your guest list

  • Family and friends RSVP on the invitation and tell you how many are coming, so you can give your caterer a firm number.
  • Guests can leave a well-wishes message with their RSVP, and you read them all in one place.
  • For a small, private celebration, turn on Guest list only so only the people you added can RSVP.

On the day and afterwards

  • Seat families together at tables, and guests find their own table by typing their name.
  • Check guests in with their personal QR codes if you want a head count at the door.
  • The digital photobook lets everyone share the photos they take, in one album you approve, with a live slideshow at the party (on selected packages).
